Paid for goods-no delivery

I paid for a brand new jumping castle, jumping castle cover, kiddies chairs and banners. My goods was suppose to be delivered on a certain date, Anita Vermeulen explained my Jumping castle was not ready, so she borrowed me an old jumping castle. I took it back the following day as it was not the product that i paid for. It has been over three months and i am still waiting. demand letters has been sent, i tried contacting her but to no avail. The shop had a different name previously which was Global Inflatables, stationed in East Lynne Pretoria. The business has than moved to Silverton Pretoria, trading name is now Star Inflatables.
