Prepared to accept cash but no delivery

<p>I ordered a KEXIN gas geyser from Global imports agents for KEXIN GAS GEYSERS and paid on 2nd May 2017. They told me it would be delivered on 4th May. Todate not felivered. The courier they use Timefreight</p> <p>say they do not know about the delivery. When I asked for a refund as I had to buy another, the Managing Director said NO! Says the unit is in transit and paid for. He accepts no lioability for his courier. I did not contract with the courier - I contracted with his company.</p>
