No communication

<p>I am an ex employee for one of Mr Ainsley Sumners companies called Global Promos. Mr Sumner's sister approached me to join their company in 2014. I joined the company in January 2015 and informed them that I am planning to move to Johannesburg at the end of 2015. They gave me the opportunity to open a branch for Global Promos in Johannesburg . Since the beginning of 2016 I had to start a company in the Gauteng area with only a minimum fuel allowance, no marketing tools, a phone line and adsl line that hardly worked and no support from the office in East London . Mr Sumner started threatening in March 2016 to close the Jhb branch. I had received no feedback as to my responses to him via email with regards to why sales in Gauteng was not picking up. On the 22nd of July 2016 i received a letter of termination as of the 25th of July 2016 stating that I have been retrenched and severance package and leave pay will be settled upon date of termination( 25th July 2016). After numerous emails,calls and WhatsApp messages to the lady in his office ( Denise) I eventually got paid on the 05th of August 2016 after threatening to take the case to the Ccma. On the 5th of August I emailed the company a form received by the Department of Labour for them to complete in order for me to claim for Uif. Needless to say after my third email to them again today requesting the completed and signed form to be sent to me I still have had no reply from any of them. I am a single parent whom needs to submit my Uif forms to claim for Uif in order to pay my sons school fees and really can't accept no feedback or response from a company i invested all my time and effort in. Also does not keep to agreements to paying outstanding commissions.</p> <p> </p>
