BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

24/4/2015 i phoned regarding a camping shower. the lady Mishan said if we pay it now we will receive it by this week so that we have the shower for this long weekend 1/5/2015. i phoned mishan 29/4 to ask when will i get my parcell, she phoned back and said i will have it tomorrow which is 30/4. today 30/4 i phoned her again and she said the courier said they will only deliver monday which is not fine by me because we are going camping the whole family and there is no such facilities. i said they must phone the courier for overnight delivery and they said that they will not pay the overnight fees. i said okey refund me, they said only monday which will be 4/5. mery-ann phone and said i must go and buy another shower then they will refund me so then my costs will be r4900 which is unacceptable. i paid them r1907 and the new shower is r3000. i have spoken to the owner and he said the will not take it on them and that this whole situation is just my problem !!!
