Global Home Furniture badly threats their customers

I bought custom made couches at Global Home Furniture in Oxford Street, Ferndale in Randburg in the last week of March. I gave the sales person all the specs for the couches and he promised to send people to take measurements at my place which is not far from their business. The promise was to get the couches in three days which turned into two weeks. When the couches were finally delivered, they could not fit well in my sitting room. Two weeks later they started deflating and I made them aware via WhatsApp. They promised to send someone but nothing. I reminded the guy again a few days later and he totally ignore my message. I went to the shop and it was the same story that they will send someone but nothing happened.
