Prepare to be disappointed and ignored

Placed a big order for Christmas (yes, that's over 6 months ago). Paid in full. Was then informed that a few items couldn't be fulfilled which was ok as there was communication and the promise to refund the cost of said items. I rep**** in response to how I'd like to be refunded and then waited. And waited. And waited. Followed up. Again. And again. Finally posted on FB and was contacted with a promise of it being resolve. And guess what? I'm still waiting. Appalling. Absolutely appalling.
