Global Freight SA - ****

I Bought a pet from Tamed Exotics (also a ****), and global freight SA, was the transporter. I received a tracking number and could even track the progress, but when ready to be transported I received an email about an additional amount of R14050 I had to pay for an air-controlled crate due to bad weather conditions. I declined to pay. What is suspicious for me, is this company is run by one man, who says he does everything, I was unable to speak to anyone else at the company and the bank details he sent me was in his name. I never received a refund for my purchase from Tamed exotics and when I try contact global freight also no answer. Website - globalfreightsa.com
