GFI Refund

I registered and I was not able to attend any classes because I had to attend school on other weekends and I had to go home twice a month, I relocated to the Northern Cape and I contacted GFI to inform them and request for a refund. I was told that I cannot get my refund, it does not make sound investment decision to leave money with an institution wheres it does not earn any interest. They suggested that I use skype and I informe them that I have pour network signal and I am not sure when I will be relocating in the mean time I need the money back. I spoke to William on the 16th of November 2018 ( I have spoken to them prior this date) he told me that he wants to verify that I had never received a tablet nornattended any classes. William said he will get back to before close of business on the 16th of November 2018 as I called around 14:00. I have not received any call from him.
