Rovos Rail Ride Cancelled-Struggle to get refund

We paid in full for the Rovos Rail Ride 2015. The tour was planned from the 9th to 14th of July 2015 but cancelled by the organisors (Global Extreme Adventures, contact Chester Foster - ***). We contacted Rovos Rail directly who did not accept any accountability although it was merketed as the Rovos Rail Ride - saying Global Extreme chartered the train & we need to sort out with Globbal Extreme. We contacted Mr. Foster a couple of times & he promised us payment by end of July which did not happen, Partial payment was promised to us by Friday the 7th of August & the balance 2 weeks later. The payment due on the 7th of August also did not happen. We're extremely dissapointed with the communication / service we received from Global Extreme w.r.t this matter and also dissapointed with Rovos Rail's management w.r.t the lack of understanding and assistance provided
