Disappointed in Global express delivery

Hi I would just like to let everyone know of the experience I have had with this company. I had a parcel come from America for the under privileged kids I was told to pay an amount for custom which I comp****. Then they discovered there was some money in the parcel from then onwards they have asked me to pay for certificate because it’s ******* to send money which the sender and I was not aware. Then they said airport police on Cape Town had confiscated the parcel I had to pay more money into 3 different bank accounts. I have opened a ***** case with my bank and they have picked up that the one account withR30 000 some odd thousand was taken out. The other two are still being investigated. All of the requests for the money came through from Global express delivery either via email or watsup message. This is absolutely disgusting as they have now deprived kids of school stuff. To date parcel is not delivered going back and forth from the 28 December 2021. The corresponding person is Janet Mark/ Mike which I was given on email later on. Something needs to be done about this as how many other people have been victims to this. It’s a lot of money and I had to borrow must of it now I have to work harder to pay all of these people
