Useless service complete *******

Paid R10k up front to fix a wrong bill at the council The rep for GEM guaranteed me they could fix it no problem I0 months later and the bill still wasn't rectified I eventually sold the property and realized GEM had actually made the whole situation worse the it was before I realized they had somehow created a whole different bill so now I get 2 bills from the council instead of 1 Spoke to the manager or owner Mike wasn't willing to help and said they did there part so they earned there money I paid to have an account fixed and it ended up worse then before so from my side GEM makes promises that it can't deliver on and then says they did there part and charges you a fortune and the owner Mike has no people s****s and is obviously only concerned with taking money from people
