Terrible Information, Service & Installation

I saw the GCarbon kiosk at the Decorex show in Cape Town in April 2015. After I explained all the details of my home to the salesman, he assured me that it would work for my home, and based on this assurance, I bought it. I had to wait almost a month before they came to install it. Once installed, their electrician told me that the one I had bought was too small, hence it wouldn't work properly. I told him to rather remove it and arrange a refund but was told to deal with the head office as he was just the installer. They also messed up my distribution board causing lights to trip and plugs not to work. After numerous complaints, they returned to sort out the distribution board faults but was told to pay an additional R3000 for a bigger inverter. I requested to head office for a refund and was offered a bigger inverter at no extra cost. I agreed but they never bothered coming to fit it. I have now requested a refund but am still awaiting a reply. GCarbon's service is shocking, once they have your money, they treat you with no regard at all. I will never advise anyone to deal with them. They only have a 086 number and a nameless email address. And I'm still stuck in the dark!
