Non Refund

In October 2014 I heard and advert on Impact Radio of Gcarbon offering an electricity saving device which would save at least 25% . I phoned and made an appointment for a rep to present the system to me. I had the system installed. I did not see any savings in my account so in September 2015 I went back 2 years on my municipal accounts to compare that usage with the October 2014 to August 2015 usage. I found that there was a less than 5% saving which would have taken me 18 years to only recover the cost of system I had purchased. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and have emailed the supporting documents they requested. They have sent their representative to come and investigate the problem and In his report he recommended I receive a refund. The company then wanted to send someone else to investigate. I refused because of the detailed work I already completed and that they had already sent a rep who investigated the problem. After a number of attempts to send someone else and me refusing they agreed to refund me the money and by the latest 13th November. As of yet I have not had a refund.
