No response on emails

GCarbon advertised over national TV television that they sell a product which will save between 35 and 45 % on electrical usage. They promise that if a customer doesn't save 25% on their electricity bill, they will pay the money back.<br> I bought the system for R13000 and a consultant from them installed the system on the 13th July 2015. After three months I noticed no change in my electricity bill and talk to them over the telephone. They requested me to send them my electricity accounts for 3 months prior to installation, and 3 months thereafter. I did sent it and they acknowledge the receipt thereof. After further emails a certain Joanie person promised that a technician will contact or visit me before 14 December 2015. Nobody came and any further emails are ignored.<br> <br> I will appreciate it if you can help.<br> <br> J Coetzer
