G Carbon is useless dont buy anything from them

We bought an inverter from G carbon at a home show. They promised that when it is loadshedding our power will stay on for between 4-9 hours if we buy the big inverter for R15500-00. We bought this very excited about the product they had sold us. First they also promised that installation would happen the very next week. When they called us the next week we were informed that the installation would only happen after one month. WE had no option but to wait. When they eventually began installing the thing, we had numerous problems with the system and our electricity that kept going off. They came back three times to fix the problem after begging them. Then to my surprise the product they sold me in fact did not keep my lights on as promised. The first loadshedding event i only ran one TV and a light and the battery/inverter only lasted for one hour. All this for R15500-00. What a farce. I could have bought a nice generator for that price. You can never get hold of the correct people to assist you or they never phone you back. <br> <br> My mother also bought one of these ****py inverters and hers doesn't even work at all. All we want is our money back and for them to take their **** back
