FOLLOW UP ON NO PAYMENT

This is a follow up of my previous gcarbon report about how they don't pay their employees. About a week after my first report about Gcarbon not paying me I was contacted by Evert asking if I have received payment or not and I said no. He asked other questions as well such as how long did you work there etc. I then informed him that I sent Melton an email consisting of my dates worked and my banking details. Evert asked me to forward the same email to him which I did and typically they didn't get back to me. Today my boyfriend gave them a call concerning my case and Evert was absolutely rude over the phone and was shouting at my boyfriend and got very aggressive and defensive after my boyfriend said we will seek legal advice. They constantly bragged about how much they earn with their big cars and fancy watches and they bragged about how much the pay their employees yet they can't even pay me my petty salary or commission. Evert also said that I was on probation which is ridiculous because I was hired for a permanent position and that's why I was waiting for my contract which I never received. Now they are using that as their excuse not to pay me because I signed no contract.
