do not buy anything from this company

Global carbon are selling equipment to unsuspecting people, which does not work, and they then try to stall /obstruct the customer complaint process to get a refund.<br> <br> Global carbon have been selling their equipment to people, in situations where people automatically expect propriety, such as trade fairs.<br> I bought an inverter unit from them from Decorex in Cape Town in 2015, for just under R10 000.<br> <br> G-Carbon said it would be installed \next week""; eventually their technician installed replacement equipment which also NEVER worked. I am now fighting for a refund ;which they are stalling on. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.<br> <br> Decorex were \""sort of\"" sympathetic but in the end have not compelled them to do anything"
