Lack of Communication

I spoke to the Store Assistant regarding Skechers shoes for girls that I was looking for and she said they didnt have stock but she will put it on the system to notify the Store Manager to check with the warehouse so that they can deliver them to their store. The Manager said he will give me a call back and a week later I am still waiting. I called again 11/12/15 and spoke with the Assistant and she said she will call me back because the Manager was out and I am still waiting and its Frustrating. Lack of COMMUNICATION and FEEDBACK!!!
