Global brands Atterbury in need of new management bad customer service.

Had the worse experience at Global brands Atterbury both a sneaker got home found it was 2 left sides took it back the next day waited observing the staff they had no urgency in helping to find the correct side for the sneaker I finally gave my number and was told they with phone me after getting no feedback I took the sneakers back and asked for a refund I was told they had no money I then asked to speak with a manager the manager was sick lying at the back of the store after and hour and a half of waiting the staff finally made a plan to refund me bad customer service the manager never came out what manager comes to work and refuses to attend to a customer will never buy anything from that shop again
