BAD SERVICE AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY
Sold a vehicle with body damage and no spare key without informing me and does not take accountability. Ignores all emails after only 7 days of possession the vehicle, recuses themselves and do not offer a resolution

02 Jan 2025, 09:23Dear Charmaine, We rep**** directly to Wesbank as you are well aware off. We supp**** them with all necessary proof of only cosmetic repairs done to the vehicle. We also mentioned in the reply that the work is under guarantee and will be fixed should you not be happy with anything. We also supp**** a video that clearly shows no body damage. This raises some questions that 2 weeks later there are scratches that you wanted to repair. We prefer not to get into a public dispute but to resolve it professionally and through the channels that you chose to write to in December.
