Unreliable service - documents never obtained

Unreliable service that takes payment and doesn't deliver documents as promised. Aida Sala very efficient to respond initially to request and take payment - thereafter no responses to emails or calls and 7 weeks later still no document. Eventually contact was made with Aida Sala and a refund was obtained after legal threats were made.
