Terrible customer service

Absolutely horrific service! Extremely unhelpful, I sent them a Paypal transaction 6 weeks ago, after contacting and confirming with PayPal they have received the payment and was told by support “ ask them to contact PayPal support directly and we will show them.” They completely dismissed that instruction and ignored the transaction numbers I provided.

I was told there is nothing they can do as I am the customer and I should reverse it.

Lazy, unhelpful and disgusting customer service. 0/10 would not recommend
