Legislation of documents you will never recieve

Please be aware of this company. I had a document apostiled through them and when it came to the time they had to courier my documents back to me it was excuses back and forth. Firstly they over-quoted a courier service. We had to pay 250rand for an “overnight” which never arrived. After a phone call a few days later I was treated very poorly by a rude individual over the phone ensuring me the parcel will be there after the weekend. When we then enquire why it still hasn’t arrived a waybill was sent to us stating that the document has only been “scheduled “ and not even picked up.

As I am flying out of the country this week I needed the documents for a reason. When we offered to send our own courier to ensure that the documents would arrive before I fly we were informed that they refuse to hand over our documents which we already paid for.

A refund doesn’t cut it, if they have legal documents that belongs to you that they refuse to hand over.

Be very aware of these people. They keep your legal documents to do as they please with refusal to hand over what is legally yours.
