Be very careful of this company. **** Paid a amount to get a unabridged birth certificate & apostille. 3.5 weeks after the time they let me know they cannot help me and that my record is not on the Home affairs system. I have a copy of my old birth certificate so they have **** and now im leaving the country without this document. Unprofessional people working at this company who think they are above the law and can treat customers like trash. One week after application i phoned a woman by the name of Aida and she threw the phone in my ear telling me i must wait out the time and they don't give updates to clients. It is the first time in my life that any service provider talked to me in this manner in South Africa. Turn to Docnetics in Pta they can give you a answer in 3days

This company refunded me. But the refund does not justify the amount of stress, phone calls, emails that i had to go through in 3.5 weeks. Unacceptable
