Online that's permanently offline

I placed an order 11-01-2021 and was informed that delivery would be 4 days. a week and a half later my order had not arrived. I email, phoned and even whatsapp''ed vis the company's Facebook page to no avail. I had to clime in my car and drive to PTA from JHB to get an answer from *********** staff to tell me that had no stock. they assured me that they would email me by the time I got home to sort out the refund. I am still waiting for that email. Stay away from these clowns !!!!

I don't know how they can claim to have an online arm.
