In 2017 we received an email with attached document headed Ekurheleni Telephone Directory, we signed the document and paid over some R5000.00 and never heard from them again until July this year, when they requested R6831.00 to continue with our advert. Since we had not received the advert, we requested a copy of it and as we pay for our telephone directory entry via our Telkom account, suspected something was not right. The advert was definitely not something we would have agreed to, as the information was incorrect. In a telephone conversation today, their accounts department stated that the advert was never completed and yet they took our money. They have now threatened to hand us over for non payment, which we have requested they do, as our lawyer will have a field day with their total misrepresentation. This is company based in Durban and they originally presented documents headed Ekurheleni Telephone Directory and SA National Telephone Directory. How to mislead the public. Beware
