Integrity?

Poor poor service. Shows that they have stock online but this is not true. When following up on my order, I was told that they had ordered from supplier and waiting. I needed the order urgently and said they can cancel. Even after confirming receipt of my cancellation and even asking for the reason, my order was not cancelled and still subsequently delivered. Looks like there’s a problem with integrity…
