Disappointing Wynberg experience (Online)

After having a good experience with Glolighting in Cape Town, we decided to purchase lighting from them again this year. Since it was done online, this time, we dealt with JHB branch (Wynberg) and it was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We ordered items which weren't available after being assured that they were avail and then one item was due to be refunded and now a month later after they requested a refund for us, we still have no payment, even after following up several times. After a great start, working with the professional team in Cape Town, this has been a big disappointment! We won't be dealing with JHB ever again.
