Bad website

I ordered 8 x a product on their website www.glolighting.co.za. I paid using their system, and they notified me a day later the item was OUT OF STOCK, the delay would be 2 to 3 months. I asked for a refund.

Firstly what sort of online shop sells something out of stock, surely any decent system/website would remove out of stock items.

Secondly it's a week plus later and I'm still waiting for my refund.
