appalling service

I placed an online order with Glo Lighting on the 16th of October, and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. I was never notified that my order was on back order. It was only after I reached out to inquire about the status that I was informed it would only arrive in December. They did offer an alternative product, to which I agreed, but as of today, the 26th of October, there has been no further communication and my order hasn’t even been processed yet.

The lack of customer service and communication is truly appalling. It feels like I’ve been left in the dark without any regard for my order or follow-up. This will definitely be my first and last order with Glo Lighting. I cannot recommend them due to this terrible experience.
