Very disappointed in laser sessions

I booked 5 laser sessions for underarm & hollywood. They recommend 8 - 12 sessions, however I still feel after 5 sessions and +/- R5 000 spent, there should have been a big difference but there wasn't. Hair still growing back just as fast and dark as before I started with the laser sessions. I am very disappointed.
