Payments made but no car

My last review was taken off. We still don’t have a car and the only thing they are doing now is threatening us that it will take longer for us to receive our car because of the review I wrote. I think it’s funny how we couldn’t reach them and suddenly after posting on here they contact us to take the review down. We still don’t have a car and no feedback on when we are receiving the car or our money back.
