I haven't received my car

On the 23 Apirl 2021 I deposited money for a Car I was promised it will be delivered in 3 working days. I tried calling glo cars auctioneers but no answer the agent texted me on WhatsApp saying I must be patient with the car. Everyday I call the office numbers they dont answer they even blocked me on Facebook today it's the 6 May still no answer or feedback from them
