Inferior quality
<p>I puchased an expensive 8 seater dining room table about 3 years ago and the colour of the table is fading. I contacted the store only to be told that I have to pay to have the table restained and the reasons that were given for the inferior quality of their furniture is direct sunlight, detergents and heat. The side of the table that is fading is not even in contact with the sun! Very disappointed with both their service and the inferior quality of their furniture.</p>

I am happy to report that, we have since spent a lot of time and money upgrading our internal systems as well as hired and trained more qualified, skilled staff. Since this implementation in December 2018 I am happy to report that we have had no complaints or issues for 2018 and we will repeat this achievement for 2019.
