Bad Services - High Prices

First of all they charge an exorbitant call out fee of R1000-R1500 just to come out and measure the surface area. I was told over the phone that they would send in one of their designers to come and do the measuring and advise, but when the person came out, he was clearly not a designer at all. He then proceeded to add unnecessary accessories that I did not ask for. But I think the worst part was waiting more than a week for a quote, especially phoning several times and being told that they will send it. I was completely dissatisfied with the level of service received from a place that claims to pride themselves on 15 years of service as per their business card.
