Worst Service

Thank you so much for sending me my brides****s dresses 2 days before my wedding! After I had already ordered new dresses, thankfully i did thay because what I received was NOT what I had ordered and did not fit.

I waited 8 weeks after ordering my dresses to follow up as it is very clearly stated in their terms and conditions that you will not receive your dresses before this time. Their Facebook page had completely disappeared and after a week of no responses to my emails I eventually got a response where Karen stated she had sold the buisness to a lady called Shopivate. I was promised I would receive my dresses before the wedding.

After trying to get a response or feedback they promised the dresses would be delivered on the 31st of October, that date came and went, I kept requesting the dresses be sent as we were having our wedding on a game reserve but they stated I never added this before therefore we will get the dresses before the wedding.

Finally on the 7th November Casey sent an email saying the dresses had been dispatched and on the 8th I was sent a tracking nr, the courier company then informed me that the delivery would only be made the following week because of the location. I then was luck enough to get another courier company to collect the dresses and deliver them over night.

When the dresses finally arrived I was shocked as they didn't fit, they were the wrong material and we measured them to our measurements we sent and they were completely off.

Impossible to get a response from and when you can get through I am told "I can't tell you where your dresses are but don't worry you'll have them". They refuse to give you an address & if you call on the phone they tell you they can't give feedback and you must please wait for an email response.

Also be prepared to have her constantly tell you she is protected by her terms and conditions when you start complaining

It is incredibly difficult not to think this company is a massive ****! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!!
