Never again!

Thank you so much for sending me my brides****s dresses NINE DAYS before my wedding! After I had already ordered new dresses.

I waited 6 - 8 weeks after ordering my dresses to follow up as it is very clearly stated in their terms and conditions that you will not receive your dresses before this time, only then was I told sorry we cant read your measurements. I was promised a rush order so they would have been ready end of June.... nothing. (No communication received informing me there is a problem)

After trying to get a response for a week after the promised date I was given another date and so it carried on until I decided to just order dresses from someone else 2 weeks before my wedding.

I explained I needed my dresses earlier as my brides****s are all over the country and the dresses still needed to be sent to them. (I was rudely told "if you measured right they will fit")

Impossible to phone and when you can get through I am told "I can't tell you where your dresses are but don't worry you'll have them" . It takes days to receive a response on emails if you ever actually do get a response.

Also be prepared to have her constantly tell you she is protected by her terms and conditions when you start complaining

It is incredibly difficult not to think this company is a massive ****! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! Now I understand why she has to constantly tell people on her FB page that they will be removed if they leave horrible comments.
