Never travel with glimpses

Worst experience ever - they took us for fools from day one of arrival in India.<br> They did not book the hotel on the first day - i paid out of my own pocket for this for a group of 8 people.<br> They booked disgusting trains that left my family with nightmares for weeks - yet, better trains were available but they chose the cheaper option.<br> They booked a hotel in a completely different city when we asked for Delhi and we spent hours in transit with no time to shop or sightsee.<br> These guys refused to come see us as they knew they messed up.<br> They even booked us all at a pure vegetarian hotel whereas the group are non-vegetarian!!!!<br> They wasted my hard earned money and managed to give many of us the worst first trip to India.<br> I will NEVER recommend Glimpses to anyone!<br> They were rude and inconsiderate of us as clients and could not care less about how we felt.<br>
