Terrible facility and prone to \*****\" your money"

Since last year my children has not been able to utilize the facility due to the equipment being in such disrepair that nothing was usable anymore. I gritted teeth and paid the account dillegently every month as the contract expired this year in March. On the 1st of February my mother visited the Steeledale branch to cancel the contract and was advised that it can only be done at the Alberton branch. As I do work odd hours she enquired if there will be a problem with the cancellation if we can only get there the Saturday, the 6th of February and he advised that there wont be any. We then got a very rude response from Yodelle Fourie that we will now have to give 90 days notice as we went over the minimum contract period. The total disregard to all correspondence and phone calls as well as the total lack of ownership is to say the least absolutely pathetic. Further, the state of the facilities and the absolute incompetence of the staff leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend anybody to even consider joining this pathetic institution, both due to staff and facilities. You WILL be ****** of your hard earned cash, and you will not have the benefit of using a decent facility.
