Gym closure

2 Months ago i have signed a 3 year contract and paid the full amount in full. this week i have learned that the gym closed down. in the contract it do states that they are entiteled to relocate, however relocate would mean that they have moved the gym to a new premises.....this did not happened, in stead, members are now being referred to the other existing surrounding branches (that do not define the word relocate) not a word was mentioned about their plans when i have signed the contract so information was withheld deliberately. not one single notification of the closure were sent to members. i also don't believe they can refuse refunds, as they have clearly not honoring the contract from their end
