Poor Service and showing no interest

I have tried since Tuesday 02/02/2016 to get a hold of Shaun from Glenvista Country Club to make a group booking for 32 players and 10 carts for the 13/03/2016<br> When I call the Proshop I get through to the office. When I finally get to the Proshop I am told that only Shaun can make the group bookings. I have tried calling him on *** and *** which is the numbers I was given, but the guy fails to take my calls or return them. I have left messages for him at the office and Proshop to call me but he fails yet again. I guess they don't need my +-R10,000 worth of business because the club is clearly fully booked and has too much money to be bothered about making more. If the service before you get there is this pathetic I don't even want to begin to imagine how they treat their guests. Maybe the club should consider putting someone in charge who actually has the clubs best interest in mind.<br>
