The incompetence at Glenstantia Public Library left me speechless.

The incompetence at Glenstantia Public Library left me speechless. They are completely incapable of track library books. They have no clue when someone was their in person or when they renew via email. Every 2 weeks it's emails to and from to explain to them what the current status of the books are. So tired of all the useless Public/Government institutions !!
