Defective quatz countertops and no response from installer

In September 2025 I had white quartz countertops installed in my kitchen by Glen from Glens Interior Designs.From the outset, the surface stained under normal use, my countertops look as if they are 20 years old.

I raised the issue promptly and requested the quartz brand, warranty details, and a remedy, from Glen. While initial responses suggested he would follow up with the supplier, no resolution has been provided, and communication has since stopped.

The issue remains unresolved several months later. Given the age of the installation, this is not acceptable for a quartz product. I am seeking a proper inspection and remedy in line with consumer guarantees.
