commision

i reffered a client for a car insurance and i was promised a commision of one thousand rand once the deal is finalised.the deal went through and now its almost three weeks and no one has payed me yet.i send them o copy of my id as per their request and as i phone to enquire about my money no one is giving me a straight answer.please help regards .william mashifane
