Frustrated

I place my order at 3:69 the shop closes at 5 pm I waited till 5 only to be told that delivery closes at 4:30 it doesn't mention it on the website to notify the customer it have the trading hours only so I am frustrated about the lack of detail that the customer should know about the online shop
