Uncertified guest

Hi my mum was a guest at your guesthouse from the 05/08/21 her stay was a disaster from day one the place was not clean no security the room was cold,the kitchen was not up to standard,room service was no were to found,the adverti*****t on the web didn’t match the apartment totally misadverti*****t my mum checkout before the actual date.
