negligence on glenmark causing hazard to society

<p>i had purchased the product damelan and used it once on my face. As I later washed my face my skin came off on the areas in which I app**** the cream. I had suffered a burn from the demean cream. I contacted demean and lungi followed up with me and asked me to look for the expiry date and batch no on the bottle. It was then discovered that the bottle contained no expiry date and batch no. Lungi then agreed there was a possible fault with the product hence the burns. It was then arranged for the cream to be handed over to damelan this had happened and after this there was no reply to my mails. I had suffered severe burns in which dermatologist are struggling to cure </p>
