BECAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH GLENHURST PROPERTIES

I have never experienced such bad service and untheical practices in my life. This company is misleading and very unproffesional, they have harrased me on my work phone during work hours and evicted me for no reason. Please read your contract carefully before signing anything with them. I was told when viewing a property of theirs that there are no agent fees, then once the lease was agreed i was told there is an agent fee of R500.00. I was also told that pets 'would not be a problem' when viewing the place - then getting nasty and threatening phone calls from the agency (woman named Merle) about my pets after I moved in. I was called stupid by Merle on the phone and when i complained about the unprofessionalism i was told that her emotions were running high. I have now been evicted due to 'misorderly conduct' and when i asked about this there was no valid point , just a loophole in their lease agreement. I have a recording of one the phonecalls i recieved from Merle and would be happy to share this with anyone if they are thinking of buying/renting a property from Glenhurst estates to prevent you from dealing with an extremely ********* company.
