Packaging Glen Fiddich 12 year Old

To whom it may Concern<br> <br> My name Sidwell Stembiso Rozani I am from Johannesburg, I Travel to East London over weekend and this what happen I bought Glen Fiddich 12 year old, I broke it inside the bottle store because of the packaging that has no seal and the directions how to open, the bottle came out of that packaging and fell down broken, It turn out that all the packaging are all the same and I feel that the company who is currently doing the packaging is not doing a great job.
