Glendore Sand and Stone PE excellent service by manager Ryan

Excellent service by manager Ryan that really put me as customer first. I ordered sand for delivery and the sales ladies messed up the order with giving different quotes for the same order and not delivering it at the day and time promised. I escalated it to the manager Ryan who told me I can pay for the smallest of the differing quotes and that he would personally see it gets delivered immediately. He escorted the truck to my residence and watched it off load the sand, he included a double load at the same price for the inconvenience, plus he gave me a gift as a courtesy gesture to apologize. If only all managers can provide such top quality and honest service to customers, this would be a much better country. This is the first time ever a manager admits a mistake and goes out of his way to put it right over and beyond what was expected, and was the only shop I dealt with during this entire renovation project that gave top quality and honest service. May God bless him and may other business managers take a leaf out of his book.
